Event
World of Engineering is a free, open house event at UT Austin’s Cockrell School of Engineering for K–12 students, families, and teachers. Families are welcome to come and go throughout the event, exploring hands-on activities and demonstrations at their own pace. Participants will connect with UT engineering students, faculty, and staff while discovering different engineering disciplines and learning how engineers solve everyday problems. Snacks will be available for participants to pick up.
Everyone is welcome, and students with limited access to engineering courses or extracurricular STEM opportunities are especially encouraged to attend. No prior engineering experience is needed. Bring your curiosity and enjoy learning together as a family!
